I want to take the opportunity, noting the announcement made at NewsGator today. We have recently added another Superstar to the line-up, and I wanted to formally welcome Charlie Wood to our team. I’ve been a fan of Charlie’s weblog MoonWatcher for awhile now, and I think we are fortunate to have him heading up our Enterprise efforts.
Here’s the scoop on Charlie if you are not already familiar with him from Greg Reinacker’s weblog:
Charlie has been involved in the online syndication and aggregation space for quite some time. In 1997 he joined content management vendor Vignette, serving first as a systems engineer and later as an account executive. Ultimately he became Group Product Manager for the company's $100M content management and syndication product line. He later served as Director of Enterprise Solutions at Stellent, and managed operations for network security startup Permeo Technologies.
Again, welcome aboard Charlie, (hope you like burritos!)
